Zakim, 2014

The first time The Boy and I drove over the Zakim Bridge into Boston, he told me how much he liked the architecture and how it was immediately his favorite bridge in the area.  It was an observation, not an emotional event.  But because I am Me and because Me is sometimes actually Rain Man, I held onto this and never ever fail to remind him of his own love for the bridge every single time we cross it.

And now, I give it to you, darlings.
